These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BrisaMail software and associated services (the "Service"), operated by Pyxsoft Computing Ltd. ("we", "us", or "the Company").
By downloading, installing, or using BrisaMail, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Serviceβ
BrisaMail is a desktop email client available for Linux, Windows, and macOS. The Service includes:
- Free Plan: full email client with basic features, at no cost.
- Pro Plan: advanced AI features, unlimited Kanban, and more, via a paid subscription.
- Team Plan: enterprise features with centralized management, via a paid per-user subscription.
2. Registration and accountβ
To use paid features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Payments and subscriptionsβ
Payments for the Pro and Team plans are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and receipt issuance on your behalf.
- Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may vary depending on your location and applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Licenseβ
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BrisaMail in accordance with these Terms and your chosen plan.
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software.
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized activities.
- Attempt to circumvent the technical limitations of the software.
6. Privacy and dataβ
Your privacy is important to us. BrisaMail connects directly to your mail servers; we do not store or access the content of your emails. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your data.
7. Intellectual propertyβ
BrisaMail, its code, design, logos, and trademarks are the property of Pyxsoft Computing Ltd. All rights are reserved except those expressly granted in these Terms.
8. Service availabilityβ
We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
9. Limitation of liabilityβ
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to these Termsβ
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the application or by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Terminationβ
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
12. Governing lawβ
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
