BrisaMail is a desktop email client. Your emails are stored locally on your device and on the mail servers you configure (IMAP/POP3). We do not access, read, or store the content of your emails on our servers.

When you sign up for a paid plan, we collect:

  • Name (if you provide it).
  • Billing information (processed and stored by Paddle, our Merchant of Record).

3.2 Usage data​

We may collect anonymized and aggregated data about application usage to improve the Service, such as:

  • Features used (in aggregate).
  • Error reports (only if you opt in to send them).

3.3 AI features​

When you use BrisaMail's AI features (translation, rewriting, etc.), the necessary content is sent to our AI providers for processing. This content:

  • Is processed in real time and is not permanently stored.
  • Is not used to train AI models.

  • Manage your account and subscription.
