30-day money-back guaranteeβ
If you are not satisfied with your BrisaMail Pro or Team subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
How to request a refundβ
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- Your order or invoice number (provided by Paddle).
We will process your request within 5-10 business days.
Payment processingβ
BrisaMail payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled through Paddle and returned to the original payment method.
Subscription renewalsβ
- Refunds for automatic renewals can be requested within 14 days of the renewal date.
- We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Cancellation does not generate prorated refunds for the current period.
Free Planβ
The BrisaMail Free plan is completely free and requires no payment. No refund policy applies to this plan.
Exceptionsβ
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Repeated abuse of the refund policy.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
