30-day money-back guarantee​

If you are not satisfied with your BrisaMail Pro or Team subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund​

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • Your order or invoice number (provided by Paddle).

We will process your request within 5-10 business days.

Payment processing​

BrisaMail payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled through Paddle and returned to the original payment method.

Subscription renewals​

  • Refunds for automatic renewals can be requested within 14 days of the renewal date.
  • We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Cancellation does not generate prorated refunds for the current period.

Free Plan​

The BrisaMail Free plan is completely free and requires no payment. No refund policy applies to this plan.
